Man Tosses Ex-Girlfriend's Baby From Car

There are no words to adequatley describe the horror of this mental picture.

The 21 year-old creep Richard Anthony McTear Jr. was arrested Tuesday morning after police say he tossed the his ex-girlfriend's 4 month-old son onto Interstate 275, according to Hillsborough County authorities.

Police say he got into a fight with the baby's 17-year-old mother and attacked both of them. He then fled with the child in his blue Chevrolet Impala. The baby, Emanuel Wesley Murray, was found dead near the interstate just as police were preparing to issue an Amber Alert.

Fox 13 photographer Jason Bird found poor Emanuel on the side of the road at about 4 a.m.

"On the side of the road, I saw something out of the corner of my eye and at first I thought it was a baby doll and then as I was thinking about it more, I thought that was awfully big for a doll."

Bird, who was on his way to work, turned around and went back.

"It's kind of morbid, but I mean I could tell that it was dead, it was laying there with its eyes open and I couldn't look at it, it freaked me out.
Fortunately law enforcement came right away."

Before this awful tragedy occured, the teenage mother placed a domestic violence call to the police and said her boyfriend had beaten her and threw her infant son down on the concrete before he fled with him.

When a reporter asked how he could throw a baby out the window, McTear replied "it's a dirty game."

Arrest records show McTear has a lengthy criminal history that includes several battery and assault charges, including domestic battery by strangulation and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Sick.

I hope they 'McTear' him up in jail.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Emanuel's mother and family.
